[D6] Add support for CKEditor module

Does this patch only apply to the actual ckeditor module (http://drupal.org/project/ckeditor) or ckeditor via wysiwyg (http://drupal.org/project/wysiwyg)? I'm using the latter and tried the patch with and without jQuery Update without success. Changes to a ckeditor field did not lead to the warning when navigating away from the edit page (though changes to non wysisyg fields still trigger the warning).

Tested with wysiwyg 6.x-2.4 and ckeditor 3.6.2

I'm not going to change the status as I suppose that my configuration is outside of the scope of this targeted fix. However, it would be interesting to know how adaptable this fix might be for ckeditor under wysiwyg.

Hummm, for anyone else looking for a wysiwyg+ckeditor fix, it seems that's being addressed in a separate issue - #1276370: Doesn't work with wysiwyg (though currently just D7 being discussed there).

So whatever happened with this? We are using WYSIWYG module with CK editor and it does not work. Nothing. Nada. The most recent comment refers to a 7 patch which is not much help. Has this been resolved? Is there a patch somewhere?
