added to modules directory, not recognized

I followed the instructions in the install.txt:

Copy the fontsize directory into your modules directory.

Enable the fontsize module in your adminstrator section.

Enable the block in the blocks administration page.

The stylesheets (larger.css and normal.css) should work for most sites. They can be edited as necessary.

This is the first module I've attempted to install. I'm not seeing the module at Home > Administer > Site Building > Modules. Am I supposed to do anything more to have it show up?
