CHANGED: Replaced mail.module-style opt-in with my original "opt-out" profile option
CHANGED: Admin no longer automatically ignores optouts but are given option of ignoring on form.
ADDED: Option to turn off opt-outs entirely
Note: this release should be considered beta, as only minor testing has gone into the above features. Anyway, this whole module is quite new so should be used with care.
