This is my very first attempt at a Drupal site, as I just learned about the software via a Digg.com post. I've worked with Sharepoint, Oracle Portal, and Wordpress - Drupal is by far the most customizable and intuitive package I have come across. It amazes me that such a finely crafted software package is given away for free, while others are being sold for tens and thousands of dollars. My hats off to the Drupal team for a job well done.

Anyways on to the site:

It is not completely finished but is getting there. Comments are welcome!

thanks for the comments. a lot of work went into the site and I'm glad it turned out the way it did.

Here's a list of modules I used and how I used them:

Taxonomy Module - Used this to create categories for job listings and press releases

Views Module - Used to create job listings on Careers Page, Recent News on home page, and the Pressroom page

TinyMCE - Allows authorized people to edit pages using WYSIWG

Upload Module - Used for document library on employee only section

Other code - I also used this code to create a sortable table of employees and their information - http://drupal.org/node/103497
And code to have completely different templates for certain pages

Other modules: Forum (For employees), Profile (To create an employee directory), sIFR (for anti aliased titles), Menu, Path, Contact, Search

Yep. Ditto on the great blend between flash and content. Very impressive trick.
Nice straightforward site otherwise. Very tidy.

Very nice.
Just one suggestion: you could enable "Clean URLs" option (http://pai-inc.com/drupal-5.1/?q=press -> http://pai-inc.com/drupal-5.1/press)
Another, you should change favicon.ico (you still using favicon.ico from some orig. drupal theme)

your website looks great.

i have a question though. how did you create a different 2-column layout for your inside pages in which links (are these vocabulary terms?) are in a sidebar and the full text in the main column area? could you please give some explanations about this? thanks in advance.
