Showing the first paragraph or second paragraph of text in a View

Currently Views allows you to show the first x characters of e.g. the body field.

What I would ideally like to do is to show the first paragraph of the body field (i.e. the text up to and including the </p> tag, as that way the View will always show data that makes sense, not need ... adding and I quite like a variable length, as it makes it less monotonous.

Ideally I would also like the option of showing the 2nd or 3rd paragraph of a body field (long story as to why). Any ideas how this could be implemented?
