savetoftp 7.x-1.0

This is the first release of the 7.x port of Save to FTP.

A lot of work went into porting the 6.x features to meet Drupal 7.x's requirements, as well as code was cleaned up and re-done.

New features include a greatly minimized process for getting all the necessary javascript, css, and image files necessary to render the static version of a node page. This means a single node should transfer to your FTP server in a matter of a second or two, as opposed to a minute or two before.
