Right now the facebook comments form is always shown in both full node view and summary view (/node and taxonomy pages).

What about an option for not showing facebook comments on summary pages?

Until we have this setting in place, I committed a change to only display the comments on the "full" node view.

Looking at how regular comments are also never displayed on comments, I'm marking this as fixed with the solution that was commited in #2.
