Version Type Reporting Filter

Hello and thank you for this wonderful module! it is a time saver.

I would like to request a feature where i can specify which types of version updates i would like to receive.

i read the documentation where it said that this module does not report a 'dev' version. but yesterday i began receiving this red notice saying that i have an update, but the update is for the views module '5.x-1.6-beta'. i dont want to install any betas on my site, but having that red notice appear in the admin pages without an ability to hide the notice is rather annoying.

having a configuration page which gives me different options to filter module version updates and possibly more options for me to controll the reporting would be great!

i would love to see a multiple selection box that will allow me to choose what versions i would like to be notified about: final, alpha, beta, dev. etc
i would love to be able to hide any particular notice and it wont appear again untill this module is updated again.

so for example i could go and click 'dismiss update' or something similar regarding the views '5.x-1.6-beta' update and another notice wont show up untill '5.x-1.6-beta' turns into 5.x-1.6 final or something else.
