As posted already here, this file is missing from the clean install. Marking as master, as this is also in the v 7x.

Is there anything particular that you aren't able to override in weight-view-weight-form.tpl.php, or template_preprocess_weight_view_weight_form? Between those 2 options, you should be able to override the output, but I may be missing something.

Setting the version to 6.x-1.x ans 7.x-1.x is no longer under development, and this should not be an issue in 7.x-2.x.

I reworked the Weight Changer style plugin as part of some other bug fixes, and have included a weight-view-weight.tpl.php file.
