I have seen several issues on the same topic. But in Drupal 7 it is slightly different.

I have installed Libraries 2.0-alpha1
Put the facebook-php-sdk in /sites/all/libraries/facebook-php-sdk
Installed fbconnect.
Put the App Id and App Secret in settings. Now I have the "connect" text but it's just text - no button.

The only thing in the documentation I could not do was adding xmlns:fb="http://www.facebook.com/2008/fbml" to page.tpl.php because there was no tag. I have instead added the code to html.tpl.php in system module. But still nothing has changed.

Can you please assist me how to solve this problem? my site is www.hotels-in-yerevan.com

Like button and fbconnect were not compatible to each other. If both were visible on the same page, one will fail, in this case the fbconnect.

I have probably the same problem at http://hubram.cz - there is a link button but "Sign in using Facebook" and if I use "link to the FB" - the only button which appeard, nothing happens. I was only not sure how exactly the form should by filled on FB sidě - the connect url is http://hubram.cz as there is no x_*html file ?? I supose this is more FB-related bug than Drupal ??
