First of all, THANK YOU for setting this up! Simplenews wasn't working for me (I'm using Drupal 5.1) and I've been hitting the site everyday to see if a module would crop up!

On to my question: I'm not seeing where I choose which roles to send the mass mail to. Can someone point me in the right direction?
