I would like to translate county names into Japanese.
Should I just do it like another module by making a .po file and upload it by locale module?
This is the correct way to translate country names?

I'm trying to translate them by using "search" at my-site.com/admin/build/translate/search but country names don't show up there.
Any suggestion?

I used Translation template extractor but the strings of country names are not in the file extracted. Anybody please ?
