Check for index.php and other module unwared files

This module has potential especially for shared hosts. At this moment this module is lacking checks:
- only modules are checked, a change in for example index.php is not detected,
- a security warning is issued in watchdog, however an unespected file change is a sign of a hack and requires immediate action. A better solution is sending an e-mail.
