I used Views Bulk Operation and i want to update the "Content" link to admin/content2. Is there any proper way to change the link of the administration menu item?

admin/content2 does not come from admin_menu's admin_views module.

In any case, admin_menu merely outputs the regular menu links. Edit the menu link and it should also be changed in admin_menu.
