Issue Summary

hook_menu uses the "aminister site configuration" permission to allow access to:
admin/settings/getclicky/stats-dashboard

This should be a custom permission to allow lesser then admin users access to the dashboard without giving them full administer site configuration permission.

Second, the menu should be under /admin/reports/[here] which would be a more logical place.
