'Save Search' option is available for user1 only. I have checked the user permissions page but could not figure out where to enter the permission. If this is a MN feature, pls tell me where to make the changes. I want to allow all authenticated users to save search.

Enable 'Mark items' permissions to allow authenticated roles and this works.
