http://drupal.org/node/234042 details how to make a new style for Advanced Forum 6.x and 5.x. I've tried to follow these steps, but they don't seem to work.

Poking at the Advanced Forum source code, it appears Advanced Forum is now looking for a CTools plugin - but from here, I don't know where to go. Is there any documentation available for creating a new style for Advanced Forum 7.x?

It's based on 6.x-2.x so probably similar to if not exactly the same as http://drupal.org/node/512116

If not, feel free to re-open. Troky did the port so he may have made changes I'm not aware of.

Michelle is right. Styling is 99% same as in 6.x.
Question is: what exactly doesn't seem to work with your new style?

@troky: Given the page the OP linked to, s/he was doing it the 1.x way which is totally different and won't work on 2.x.

Ok, as such, I edited the tags on http://drupal.org/node/512116 to reflect that it was relevant for Advanced Forum 7.x
