Administration Permissions - still using hook_perm [#1363946]

Thanks for this module and also thanks to the people who are committing patches to it getting it working in 7.

Noticed only uid 1 (admin) can see/edit this menu. Its a quick fix - drupal 7 has updated hook_perm() to hook_permissions()
