Don't know if this is the right forum for this, but hope so.

I want to change the description of my project (http://drupal.org/project/andreas01) but I can only view it, not edit it. Is this a known restriction?

you'll need to get in touch with a drupal.org site op who can demote your project page from full html.

goto the #drupal-support irc channel on freenode; there'll be someone who can help you.
