Issue Summary
I have recently added tinyMCE and I could not get the editor to come up. After much headache thinking I was not installing things correctly, I noticed that <?php $scripts ?> was not in the page.tpl.php file. I gather this bit of code pulls in the javascript stuff. I have not investigated past this and once I added this code after <?php $styles ?> the editor started working. I also noticed a lot of jscript stuff started working too that is core drupal stuff.
