Description
- change access permissions from 'access revisions' to 'access content', and
- only display the history link when the user has 'access revisions' permissions

I improved to patch so that the module has the same behaviour for diffs. Also, the (diff) and (hist) are not shown when the user doesn't have the relevant permissions.
