PSD to theme in 5

This takes a PSD (Photoshop file) and turns it into a Drupal theme in 5. This is only part 1 of what was orginally to be a 2 part set. part 2 was not done. Also note that there is no audio for this video (i.e. none was ever recorded and it is intended to be without sound.)
