The module description says that it depends on phpflickr, but doenst give any indication of what exactly you're supposed to do with phpflickr?

From source code, you should put PHPFlickr folder of phpFlickr-2.1.0 into module folder, like flickrrippr/phpFlickr-2.1.0

it's hard code to more recent version

If someone wants to write a INSTALL.txt, that would be handy
i'll be working on this again on the next rainy weekend.
