Offering to co-maintain Feeds OAuth module [#1365502]

To bring forward the d7 port and integrate with the Oauth_common i would like to comaintain the feeds_oauth module.
#750272: Integrate with OAuth Common and Http Client
#1227898: Drupal 7 port of Feeds OAuth

Here's a patch to get things started.
