This patch allows a user to select the number of quotes that a block shows.

It needs some work, but it does do some good footwork. I didn't really look into the cron stuff, so it doesn't chnage that part. But for regular blocks that show quotes, this allows the user to select a number of quotes to show.

I used some of your code and the rest as a model. At the same time, I added an "unpublished" block, and the ability to show the quote titles in the blocks.

Fix committed to both -dev versions.
