Duplicate non-custom URL shows up in Custom URL field

This is a minor issue, that annoys me when I have to create a lot of short URLs.

1) I have the "Enter Custom URLs" permission
2) I create a short URL ("Enter a long URL to make short" field) without entering a custom URL ("Your Short URL:")
3) The "Your Short URL" field is returned with an automatic short URL (e.g. "http://my.url/ABC")
4) The "Create Custom URL" field is also populated with the result (e.g. "ABC")
5) In order to create another short URL ("Enter a long URL to make short" field) I must first delete the "ABC" in the "Your Short URL" field.

The automatic short URL showing up in the "Your Short URL" field means I must delete the "Create Custom URL" field before entering a new URL to shorten. When I am creating a lot of short URLs this activity is annoying to say the least. It already shows up in the returns "Your Short URL" field; it should not show up double in the "Create Custom URL" field. Having to delete the "Create Custom URL" field every time slows me down when working on a batch of URLs.

Overall, though, this module rocks! I love it; great work!
