An add-on I called 'append here' for assisting structural building, which primarily pre-set the menu.

To be 'one-click' additions, I didn't have the ability to choose node type, (so I set that as inheirited) but I did find it useful to pre-fill the taxonomy terms with the same as its parents, as I was partially using taxonomy for some structural classifications. That would be a good (optional) addition here.
