Yep.

The most common setup is to have a start rule which switches on URL argument. You can then add a subrule named "admin" which uses the leave action with "Restore original breadcrumbs" option.

I can add a checkbox "Leave admin breadcrumbs as-is" in the settings.. I will leave that as a feature request.
