Restoring a website made with Drupal 4.7 and other versions

A Client has asked me to restore a web site that was taken down by the Previous Web Designer, who gave a Disc with Back Up files.

I have had no success in getting this web site to work. Error Logs says about RedNation.com being Hosted by AN Hosting:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function block_list() in /home/rednrom6/public_html/includes/theme.inc on line 935

I have my computer person also try to get the site but still have had no luck.

The access for CPanel & FTP is rednation.com/cpanel
Password: LetMeIn123

I currently have RedNation.com forwarding to Red Nation Productions.com as we had no other alternative.

If anyone can help...I would greatly appreciate it.
