Hello,

I followed all the instructions in the readme file and installed the module.
After I installed it a problem arose (please see attachment).

On the edit node screen none of the option tabs are linked to anything. Again, please see the attachment to see what I mean.

I had this a few day ago: disable the module, save the modules page, reneable it and save.

It looks like another contrib module is negatively affecting WebFM. Offhand from the jpg, it looks like a WYSIWYG editor might be the source. Try switching modules off/on to see if the collapsing fieldsets work again.

Looks like FCK. I've recently run into this very problem - collapsible field-sets not working when FCK is enabled - BUT NOT ALWAYS.
