I have a block view in this view is a multivalue filed.
I configured in the same way I have done in the display settings in node-type (where the formatter is working).
but in this view I can not get images to show up

any suggestion what I'm doing in the wrong way?

In views, in order for the formatter to work you MUST check on "Use field template" under Style settings
for your image field.

Make sure you have that on. Unfortunately there's no way around that due to views 3 internal structures (afaik).

I configured now
- a multivalue field for images
- a view containing this field
- in the filter criteria I set delta = 0 for this filed

this way it is working
