Standardize: "My groups" or "Your groups"

At /stream we have a block called "My groups" whereas at /groups we have a block called "Your groups."

We should standardize on the langauge here. "Your groups" is more clear since there is no ambiguity about whether "My" refers to another user (eg, a user being listed on the page), however we have a primary nav items that use "My _____".
