I was using v3.13.
When i updated to v3.15 my forms crashed so downgraded back to v3.13.

It was giving errors about total submission limit etc.

I need more information about when webform was giving errors and how to reproduce the problem.

Thinking on this, you probably just needed to run update.php. There's a database update that adds a column for storing a submission limit. If it's not there, you probably would get errors on all forms saying that the submission limit had been reached.

When i open a node with the webform type, this error occurs:

Notice: Undefined index: total_submit_limit in webform_node_view() (line 1390 of /home/examplecom/public_html/sites/all/modules/webform/webform.module).
Notice: Undefined index: total_submit_limit in _webform_submission_total_limit_check() (line 869 of /home/examplecom/public_html/sites/all/modules/webform/includes/webform.submissions.inc).

Don't worry, happens at least once every release.

I have the errors, but nothing happens when I try to run the update script, is there a way to manually update the database?

I figured out that update was not running because, even though I had the latest Drupal version, my Acquia Drupal was outdated. Updated Acquia Drupal and the update script ran just fine.
