Description
The feature would be very welcomed since both the "book module" and this module only allow outlining in a global sense.
It would be good if users who create content can outline their own content, without manipulating/outlining other member content.
in a sense it would be something like this:
outline module
-administer outlines: [admin only]
-create new global volumes: [admin, moderators]
-create private volumes (new): [admin, authenticated users]
-outline posts: [admin, moderators]
-outline only own posts (new): [admin, authenticated users]

Yes. I wanted to do something along those lines.
I'll think more about the details of implementation, and if there is not problem with it, I'll implement it when I have time.
If someone proposes a patch first, I'll review it thoroughly.
