Remove duplicates

Issue Summary

A new feature to remove duplicates as an extensive feature of the import/ export api. We assume imported items would be identified by a url, what happens if that url has already been imported through another collection. It would be cool if some extended functionality allows checks that unique identifiers do not already exist in other site collections.
