Yes, I have the same problem,But i saw it in the [ Administration menu Toolbar].

You can try SITEURL/admin/config/wikitools, this should help.

This patch will help. The wikitools option will appear in the "Content authoring" section on "Configuration" page.
P.S.: don't forget to clear cache.
