I would need the functionality to display filter refine block even if there are no nodes under currently selected term.

Example:

Term A
-- Term AA
-- -- Term AAA
-- Term AB

I have some content under term AAA and when I select term A or AA taxonomy filter refine block doesn't show up, although their child term AAA has some content under it.
Under that terms A or AA I see nodes with AAA term (there is depth set in views and it is working very well), but the filter block doesn't show up, it always shows only if the currently selected terms have any content, not when child terms have content.
So is there any way to show any taxonomy filter block when there is content under term A or AA or AAA in above example hierarchy?
