We noticed that the language switcher dropdown isn't working on mobile devices (touch screen). In other words: people visiting the website with a mobile device (e.g. tablet) can't see the pages in their own language, eventhough it's selectable.
We don't know if this is just the case on this website, and its LSD configuration, which we've visited with an iPad (switcher in upper right), or an issue with the language switcher dropdown module itself.

knalstaaf commentedTested it on a Samsung smartphone with the Opera browser (on Android). The list with languages remains expanded at all times, which is quite an unusual sight.

arne_hortell commentedI can confirm this is still a problem on iPad and iPhone.
Works in IE and safari on mac though.

arne_hortell commentedIssue solved…
Now, after many hours struggling with this, it turned out that settings on
admin/config/regional/language/configure
should be
URL
SESSION
DEFAULT
user unchecked
browser unchecked
Only then it seems predictable what will happen.
Therefore, as i see it, not a problem with the module, maybe documentation could slightly be improved.
