Comment Add link doesn't work

Issue Summary

The link being used for Add a comment is completely wrong. The link is pointing to the node, but should be comment/reply/$node->nid

Link now works as should be expected. Fixed in 5.x-1.1.

This was actually fixed in 5.x-1.2.
