Provide a skin system to let other modules add their own. [#1370516]

It could be interesting let other modules add custom skins to drupalchat, because now we are forced to add it inside the drupalchat theme folder.

I missed change the $chat['icon'] inside _drupalchat_chat() function, need to make an updated patch.
