The box for users will only accept so many characters, is there a limit of users to import tweets from?

MMm no, that's probably a bug. You can import as many users as you wish

In the admin I changed it from a textfield to a textarea and for far it works. The textfield was limited to a certain amount of characters. Textarea is probably limited too, just haven't hit the limit yet.
