Our current website based on Drupal 4.x is in need of a facelift and we are looking for someone to design a Druapl 5 theme for us the basics are;

- We will host the system ourselves internally.
- Drupal 5.x theme.
- Unique site design and we will hold the copyright for the design NO prebuilt template monster junk.
- Designer will provide all code and PSD files used in the design.
- CSS based.
- Standards compliant.
- Newsletter Module (currently using simplenews but open to suggestions).
- Site Search with the ability to index .doc and .pdf
- Other Modules – Pathauto, Events, Taxonomy Image to replace header image based on category.
- 3 Level Dropdown CSS Menu
- IE5+, Firefox 1.x compatible.

We do not require;

- Hosting, Domain Names, another CMS etc.

I would much prefer this to go to an Australian-based designer if you can provide contact information and links to portfolio websites we can provide more information project start time is immediate to the right company/person.
