In some cases, a user might want to switch off Facebook Comments on an individual node, for e.g. a blog post that they don't want people to comment on. Let's add a switch to each node that is on by default but can be toggle off if needed.

Hi, I required this functionality too so I created a small patch for this module. If the node commenting is set to "Closed" or "Hidden", then the Facebook Comments Box does not show up.
