We originally used the patch to fix group search @ #333072: Problem with group search. The issue is that the search view contains no page display, so after searching, you land on a "Page not found".

According to the current .make file, the patch is commented out because it was rolled against a subdirectory, instead of the module root.

New patch and updated .make on it's way.

Ah, I forgot we were using OG 2.1 rather than dev, largely as a way of dealing directly with #799856: Upgrade Notifications to 6.x-4.x.
