Open Outreach ships with two Fusion-based themes, Granada and Mix and match. Both currently use the 1.x branch of Fusion, rather than the currently recommended 2.x branch.

To upgrade, we need 2.x-compatible versions of both themes. See these issues:

Did this upgrade. Mix and match not upgraded yet--used patch.
