I'm about to go out on an adventure with several organic group Modules. Is there a tutorial somewhere for using Organic groups and truly unleashing it's abilities? Or at least something to give me a better understanding. Or if there is someone who can provide me with something they write themselves, I won't be opposed to paying for it (it would have to be pretty informative).

Did anything ever come of this? I'm busy on the same mission as you and have been scouring the internet for things and thus far not found anything at all, nevermind anything that's useful! As soon as I'm done with the project I'm busy with I think I'll write one up.

the closest thing is This Organic Groups video by Zacker (full article) - the man behind civicspace.

More video tutorials are very much needed.

it's a bit old by now...and it's such poor resolution, you can't see what he's doing! :)

I'm working on Organic Group Modules. (Drupal v 5.10) I have created a new group following this guide http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/2415-3513_11-169265.html
but I can't view the 'Group Web site:' configuration on the submission page. In this way, Drupal allows me to create the group: if I follow the link "Groups" on the menu I found it, but if I click on the Gruop Name Drupal send me a 'Page not Found'.

I'm newer to drupal and I've not found many guides to manage the Organic Groups...
but I think that I missing a module needed for the 'Group Web site:' Management but i don't know what it is. Someone can help me?
Or correct me, I could be in a wrong way... have you a better idea about to solve this problem??

I'm going crazy trying to see the content I add to my organic group. I have a group called "florida group", and I've enabled several content types to my group following all the outline tutorials modules unravelled, etc.

When I add an "article", or some other topic, I go to my group page, and it always says "There is no content here", when I am positive the content has been added to the site and "florida_group" was selected as group audience.

Does anyone know any common mistakes I might be making? Thank you so much

My drupal is 6.22, I want create private group to member.
If I set the group to public , each member can see the page.
But I set the group to private, all member cannot see the page.
And the error message is

You are not authorized to access this page

Is I miss some permission setting?
