Thank you and goodbye emails truncate

There is a limit of 200 characters for email bodies but I thought that the form enforced that limit. Perhaps I was wrong. But 200 characters is probably a little on the low side so I'll increase that to a more generous 2000 characters. I'll update the copy in HEAD shortly.
