"Not being able to add View pane to Panel" is a very common "bug report". If we could add a text saying "3 view panes have been disabled because their arguments doesn't match the current page", or something similar, maybe we could at least remove the idea that it's a bug, and make the UI slightly more intuitive.

Hm. It'd be better to do something like have a checkbox (hide invalid content) and when that is unchecked, allow the invalid content to show up unclickable, or something.

Or maybe a checkbox "show invalid content". Also that checkbox probably should have a permission so it can be hidden from normal administrators who absolutely don't want to see that.
