Profile link fails if not logged in

Description
The link to www.example.com/profile at the top of the Member Gallery block fails if the user is not logged in. That is, only logged in users can follow the link, otherwise you get an "unauthorised" warning. So the count of members should only be converted to a link if the user is logged in.
