In the Settings page, the "Send as HTML by default" checkbox cannot be unchecked:
it comes back as "checked" on saving configuration. It is possible to uncheck the box
only in conjunction with "Send as Bcc"

Thanks, a bug. Change the first instance of mass_contact_bcc_d to mass_contact_HTML_d

Fixed in the dev.
